Try Zing!’s signature class featuring FUNctional exercise and high-energy music with athletic drills, positive affirmations, breathwork & creative play to channel a child’s inner rockstar. Each class includes The Hype Up (motivating intro & warm-up to class), Zing! Time (circuit-style workout for kids), The Zing! Zone (team-focused moves), The Zinger (high-energy finisher), and the Cool Down (to relax, recap, and restore).
Classes are focused on children ages 3-8, younger kids welcome with caregiver assistance/co-participation. Sign up online in advance.
During Open Street, Hudson Boulevard West between 36th and 37th Street, right along block 4 of Bella Abzug Park. In partnership with the Hudson Yards Hell’s Kitchen Alliance.
