Westchester’s Winter Wonderland

Drive though a rainbow tunnel and 1.2 miles of dazzling light displays at already stunning Kensico Dam Plaza and see your favorite holiday characters (including sometimes Elmo or Batman – no confirmation if he smells). Listen to holiday music on your car radio, wave to Santa and enjoy other surprises.
Attractions include favorite elves Ned and Albert, glittering angels of peace and 50-foot dove, dancing trees, glowing snowballs, candy cane lane, a spectacular 100-foot light tunnel, a 40-foot Christmas tree and much more. A new character – Snowball the Elf – who will be interacting with children from the Ice House, kept cool in the breeze of Old Man Winter. Other brand-new additions include The Transporter Tunnel- a 175-foot-long glowing string tunnel with a central stargate running along the middle, and Rudolph’s Runway– colorful light tubes ushering you into and out of the north pole.
🍽 Stop by nearby Valhalla Crossing in the historic Valhalla Train Station building for comfort food, salads, creative sandwiches, healthy wraps, and great burgers. Get specialty hot cocoa plus ice cream, crepes, belgian waffles, coffee and candy by the pound from family run Village Creamery & Sweet Shop.
Proceeds benefit Westchester Park Foundation, allowing them to advocate for and invest in the preservation, conservation, use, and enjoyment of the 18,000 acres of parks, trails, and open spaces within the Westchester County Parks system.
