From 12:30-1:00 pm, Heather’s Hart’s sculptural roof will be the stage for performance Art Baron for all ages.

At 2pm, a zoo full of animals comes alive in a fast-paced production which teaches children about sharing and friendship. Stories such as The Lion and the Mouse, The Fisherman and his Wife and Why the Turtle Has A Checkered Shell feature ample audience participation.

Young Urban Planners: Playground Adventure

Join Conservancy guides for an intergenerational summer adventure at one of Central Park’s iconic playgrounds. Explore the playground’s structures and landscape through fun, hands-on activities to learn about the design and urban planning principles that shape Central Park’s play spaces. Fun for budding urban planning enthusiasts and playground regulars.
