New York Botanical Garden Free Hours

On Wednesdays, the lovely New York Botanical Garden offers free grounds admission for all from 10 am to 11 am, and to NYC residents all day. Does not include admission to the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory, Special Exhibitions, or Tram Tour.
Discover spectacular gardens and collections across 250 acres. Walk the shaded trails of a stunning old-growth forest. Relax near a sparkling natural waterfall in the Bronx River. Stroll along the Native Plant Garden’s breezy promenade and meadow. Check out the lovely Rose Garden, in peak bloom June & October.
Actively investigate science and nature in the Everett Children’s Adventure Garden, a 12-acre landscape that features a series of lush environments, including a pond, woodland, and meadow. Climb the boulders to look through telescopes, play large-scale musical instruments, make a giant bird’s nest, follow prompts for self-guided exploration and learn from the friendly staff.
