Learn about the design and the history of one of New York’s most famous mosaic interiors, One Wall Street’s Red Room. Then, create mosaic masterpieces of color paper.
Free, but online registration required. Walk-in spots sometimes available.
James Hsieh: No Place I’d Rather Be
Vibrant embroideries and hand-sewn textile sculptures by multi-disciplinary artist James Hsieh juxtapose childlike wonderments with adult thoughts and emotions in 28 Liberty’s ground-level amphitheater and retail space. Walk though fantastical nature in immersive environments and watch whimsical animations on oversized screens.
