A truly spectacular show for all ages, even toddlers, with fabulous dancing by the talented Rockettes, dazzling costumes, special effects, camels, sheep and Santa Clause (many, many Santa Clauses in one of our favorite numbers).

🧚🏼‍♀️ ❄️ Recent additions include the Rockettes donning wings to become frost fairies, with fun drones flying over the audience, an audience sing-a-long to holiday classics and snow from the ceiling.

🐻 Includes a 10-minute Nutcracker section danced by giant bears and one young ballerina.

⏱ 90 minutes with no intermission.

⏱ The theater can get very crowded. The doors open an hour before showtime. Arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for long security lines – this show starts right on time. The lines are usually shorter on the 51st Street entrance.

🎄Leave time to walk around the gorgeous art deco theater – love the wallpaper in the downstairs ladies lounge – and view the suspended Swarovski crystal tree from different floors and angles.

🎧 Can be a bit loud and over-stimulating for some kids, but the noise and bustle are more forgiving for those not behaving perfectly.

🎟  Our favorite seats are are 15+ rows back in the orchestra (the first 25 rows get snow and confetti) or center of the first Mezzanine, but the higher seats have better views of the amazing formations of the dancers, the ceiling projections and fairy drones. Kids on the right orchestra aisle might get a high five from Santa.  The stage is big and spectacular enough to be enjoyed from any seat. 🎟 Lots of dates and times to choose from. Prices vary; the best deals are early-mid November and weekday shows. Always save on service fees by buying at the Radio City, MSG or Beacon box offices.

🛍 Be prepared for tons of (pricey) tempting merchandise in the lobby, including t-shirts, ornaments, a commemorative program and toy soldier teddy bears. Consider bringing your own glow-stick/light up spinner to use in the audience. All transactions are cashless
