Frolic on grass-like recyclable, biobased SYNLawn material covering the iconic Lincoln Center Plaza. Relax in grassy chairs, browse and borrow from the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, snack on dumplings and gelato and enjoy pop-up performances (plus get free advance tickets to Restart Stages outdoor performances).

The steps facing Columbus are painted rainbow in honor of Pride Month, and the fountain lights up rainbow at night.

Look for colorful oversized portraits in “We Belong Here,” an art campaign created by Brooklyn-based multidisciplinary artist, Amanda Phingbodhipakkiya confronting the surge in bias and xenophobia against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.

Free Concerts at Waterline Square Park

Enjoy free music and dance performances at a lush three-acre green space located at Freedom Place South between West 59th Street and West 61st Street. Hear local musicians playing jazz, French repitoire for Bastille Day, string trios and bluegrass.
