Shel Silverstein’s timeless children’s book, comes to life in movement and dance set to Tchaikovsky’s beloved music. Excerpts from The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty and Swan Lake are performed by a clarinet and cello duo, in a collaboration of the most expressive of wooden instruments. Actor Ron Orlovsky brings the tale to life through movement, creating an exciting story-time experience.
The performance culminates with a “Musical Instrument Petting Zoo” which offers audience members a chance to meet the musicians and engage with their instruments up close.
