The Creative Kitchen takes over the Children’s Museum of Manhattan for a weekend of tricks, treating and tastings with cooking demonstrations, Halloween and pumpkin-inspired storytimes, sing-alongs, art projects, pumpkin cooking workshops, and freaky fun food tasting stations.

In a dynamic, hands-on environment, watch, follow, collaborate with, and take inspiration from working contemporary artists in studio workspaces. Explore the work of a diverse set of artists who work with materials and techniques such as assemblage/collage, fiber arts, technology/new media and paper.
The Creative Kitchen hosts apple inspired food craft stations, leads cooking demonstrations, and shares apple-based storytimes. At 2 & 3 pm, discover creative ways to make simple, healthy and delicious dishes and snacks with apples Chef Cricket Azima.
