Celebrate WorldPride NYC by snapping and posting a pic of this colorful and whimsical installation at Brookfield Place. For every posted pic that tags @BFPLNY and #BFPLpride, $1 (up to $25,000) will be donated to the Hetrick-Martin Institute, an LGBTQ youth support organization.
See six monumental sculptures created over the span of 50 years by Melvin Edwards, whose work reimagines monumental civic sculpture by uniting abstract forms with personal symbols to address issues of race, labor, and the African Diaspora.
