Dozens of venues in New Rochelle and Pelham celebrate art and community with art exhibits, open artists’ studios, live music and dance, spoken word and more.
Highlights include Spooky Skeleton Fest at the Thomas Paine Cottage, The Colors of Frida at the New Rochelle Library, a classic car show by City Hall, free guided trolley tours of the NRNY Murals, the ArtsFest Music Festival, ArtsFest Dance Festival,and ArtsFest Artisan Market.
