Cooper Hewitt Pay-As-You-Wish Hours

This collection of historic and contemporary design is a high-tech, interactive dream for all ages. Explore innovative design through the centuries, play designer on high resolution touchscreen tables with very cool electronic ‘pens,’ and rock around in the Spun chairs in the basement.

Drop In On Design

Drop in on a design workshop for all levels designed for adults and children ages 5 and up. Also explore Saturated: The Allure and Science of Color and make and display your own wallpaper in the very cool immersion room on the second floor.

Drop in on Design

Design with a range of materials in an intergenerational program facilitated by  museum educator. Projects change each session. No prior experience in design required to participate.
