Visit the Mark Morris Dance Center for adult and family classes, as well as specialized programs in partnership with community dance leaders celebrating a diverse range of African Traditional and Diasporic forms.
Learn the fundamentals of a variety of dance, fitness, and music genres in 60 minute family workshops throughout the day. For all ages and abilities. No experience necessary.
Registration for recurring classes opens 7 days prior to class date; registration for Masterclasses and Move & Flow opens 30 days prior to the class date.
Prospect Park Zoo
This former menagerie is designed to allow up-close animal viewing, perfect for families with young children who want to learn about wildlife.
Explore a Discovery Trail and encounter 400 animals of 150 species including red pandas, dingos, procupines and a host of beautiful birds. Visit unique small cats, sea lions and Chinese-big headed turtles.
