Revelers will receive color-coded bells that play different notes and give a crash course in hand bell basics for all participating kids and adults. Then a team of conductors will wave colored flags, prompting players to collectively contribute to soundscapes that intensify as the group learns to play together. The parade kicks off from Astor Place Plaza and wends its way down Bowery to the Elizabeth Street Garden, culminating with a performance in front of Two Boots Pizza.
