Macy’s Santaland
November 24, 2023, 8:00 am –December 24, 2023, 5:00 pm
Suggested Ages: All
This iconic Santa experience is crowded but a magical must for city kids. Advance reservations (required) can be booked online up to 5 days in advance starting at 6:30 am – weekend spots fill up immediately so set your alarm.
Expect a 30-90 minute line slowly wandering through a charming North Pole village with animatronic toys and train displays. Weekdays before Dec 21, late night & mornings are less crowded – if you must go on a weekend try to get a time as early as possible.
Guests can sit next to Santa on his throne or on a red gift box nearby. Young children who are not able to sit up on their own need an adult or older child to sit with them to hold them up; this Santa can’t hold children on his lap.
🎅🏿 Reservations for Black and Spanish-speaking Santas available.
📷 Photos available for purchase with packages starting at $39.99, or take your own photo (no charge).
Breakfast with Santa also available on select dates. Also check out the interactive store windows on Broadway.
Daily 8 am–9 pm
