This iconic Santa experience is crowded but a magical must for city kids. Advance reservations (required) can be booked online up to 5 days in advance starting at 6:30 am (weekend spots fill up immediately).

Expect a 30-90 minute line slowly wandering through a charming North Pole village with animatronic toys and train displays. Weekdays before Dec 21, late night & mornings are less crowded – if you must go on a weekend try to get a time as early as possible.

Ask an elf if you’d like an African-American or Spanish speaking Santa. Santa will again be working behind a desk in his office, children can sit on the opposite side of this desk for photos.

Breakfast with Santa also available on select dates. Also check out the interactive store windows on Broadway and visit the new ToysRUS pop-up.
