Dino lovers can climb and play on an dino-inspired equipment at two playgrounds on opposite sides of Meadow Lake created to commemorate the Sinclair Oil “Dinoland” exhibit at the 1964-65 World’s Fair. In addition to swings and jungle gymes, find dinosaur footprints and art throughout the playground. Learn about flora and fauna from the Triassic Period, on a geologic time scale and get wet in spray showers in the shape of palm trees.

Winter Wonder at the Garden

Celebrate the best of December with free live musical performances, a tree lighting, menorah display, holiday crafts, ice sculpting, a tree tour and selfies with Santa (donations welcome).

Shop sales Queens Botanical Garden Shop and support local businesses at the outdoor Holiday Market. Enjoy a selection of beverages at the Holiday Bar for purchase.
