Suggested Ages: 6 to 14+, Adult Friendly

Romeo’s Juliet ditches her famous ending for a fresh beginning in a funny, feminist take on Shakespeare featuring iconic pop anthems by hitmaker Max Martin. Songs from the ‘90s through today – including hits from Backstreet Boys, Bon Jovi, Britney Spears, Katy Perry, Kesha, Ariana Grande and The Weeknd – are woven into a clever story as Shakespeare and his wife battle over the heroine’s fate.

A fun (but some say flimsy) mash-up of eras pop with an attractive, diverse cast powerhouse.

⏱ 2 hours 30 minutes with one intermission
🤬 Swear weirds including sh*t & the f-word
❤️ Some adult themes – a couple wake up in bed together, one character is non-binary, LGBTQ romance
💥 References to suicide, but very much a comedy

🎟 Often at TKTS for $82-142

🎟 Discount tickets staring at $79 for rear mezzanine available on TodayTix
🎟 Limited $39 rush tickets available through the TodayTix app at 9 am the day of each show (seats may be partial view)
