Join Gov­er­nors Island Arts for a three-day cel­e­bra­tion of the sea­son­al Orga­ni­za­tions in Res­i­dence in Nolan Park and Colonels Row. More than 15 cul­tur­al part­ners come together for a week­end-long cre­ative cel­e­bra­tion fea­tur­ing free dance and music per­for­mances, out­door instal­la­tions, inter­ac­tive work­shops, open stu­dios, pan­el dis­cus­sions, and more. Explore the line­up of works already on dis­play from the two dozen Orga­ni­za­tions in Res­i­dence in the his­toric hous­es in Nolan Park and Colonels Row.

Sat­ur­day 3-6 pm, dance to sound­tracks pro­vid­ed by Brook­lyn Unit­ed March­ing Band, Brass Queens, DJ Agua­pan­ela Mami, and DJ Yung Mayne. as part of citywide Dance Par­ty NYC.
Other highlights include an epic dance the­ater piece set by dance to the peo­ple, interactive impro­vi­sa­tion with Syd­nie L. Mosley Dance, WRITE NYC: Street Lab, a tast­ing menu pic­nic with Red Flower Col­lec­tive and much more.
