Gather at the Soldiers and Sailors’ Monument (on Riverside Drive at 89th) at 3:30pm. Ramblin’ Dan will lead the parade procession before putting on a concert at the playground. The whole family is encouraged to put on favorite costumes and join the fun. Free cider and muffins will be served during the concert.
