Suggested Ages: All, Adult Friendly

Join Museum of the City of New York for a free, outdoor day of intergenerational learning, empowerment, action, and art inspired by the city’s thriving climate activism scene. Hear from inspiring young climate activists at a Speak-out forum; participate in hands-on environmental educational activities; check out a Green Fair featuring eco-conscious local vendors and artisans; and enjoy a live performance by Control the Sound, a young rock band from Brooklyn.

This event accompanies the Museum’s current exhibition, Rising Tide: Visualizing the Human Costs of the Climate Crisis, and our ongoing exhibition Activist New York.

See our complete guide to the Museum of the City of New York, and don’t miss current exhibits on the Puppets of New York and the 80s music scene.
