Enjoy seasonal activities, festive winter lights, games and food and drinks alongside warming fire pits. Explore winter arts and cultural programming amid a sparkling display of holiday lights and a historic Coast Guard-era fire truck photo-op. Play lawn games like cornhole, can jam and giant Jenga.
⛸ Spin on a 5,000-square foot outdoor skating rink on historic Colonels Row. Online reservations recommended, limited walk-up spots available. $11 admission, $8/skate rental; free admission on Thursdays (walk-up only). Lockers and skate aids available on a first come, first served basis.
🛷 Rent bikes from Blazing Saddles NYC (or sleds when it snows – see recommended hills).
🍽 Food available for purchase includes Little Eva’s new seasonal menu, with warm drinks and new takes on classic comfort food like brats, vegan chili, fish and chips and more plus an eclectic array of weekend food trucks and Joe Coffee.)
⛴ Arrive via ferry from the from Battery Maritime Building (10 South Street) or Brooklyn. ($4/ages 13+. for adults, free for seniors & kids and everyone on Saturdays and Sundays before noon).

James Hsieh: No Place I’d Rather Be
Vibrant embroideries and hand-sewn textile sculptures by multi-disciplinary artist James Hsieh juxtapose childlike wonderments with adult thoughts and emotions in 28 Liberty’s ground-level amphitheater and retail space. Walk though fantastical nature in immersive environments and watch whimsical animations on oversized screens.
