Join a conversation at Google bout traditional notions of breadwinning and caregiving, their impact on women and parents in the modern workplace, and a blueprint for positive change.
Over light bites provided Breads Bakery, we’ll hear from a panel of experts featuring Bethanie Baynes, (Founder of Breadwinning Women of Google and Director of Global Partnerships, Google(, Irene Chen Jun (Product Marketing Lead – Video, Brand and Stories, Facebook), Francesca Donner (Director, Gender Initiative, New York Times) and Dr. Lina Perl (Clinical psychologist with a research specialization in women breadwinners).
Discuss how traditional ideas about breadwinning and caregiving impact the gender pay gap and family dynamics, how male and female leaders across industries have broken through stereotypes, and how all of us can successfully pursue dual ambitions at work and at home.
Men and women alike encourages to join the conversation, and welcome babies and children of all ages. Registration is essential (children need not register).
