Int his three decades strong between Goddard Riverside and the book industry, publishers donate brand-new books which the center sells at half price to raise money for our programs. Includes the latest fiction, biography, history, mystery, sports, arts, young adult and children’s books, along with jewelry and knitwear made by the expert crafters at the Senior Center.
RCTA Summer Sunset Concert Series
The RCTA hosts free concerts along the banks of the Hudson river. Bring a blanker and picnic and dance on the grass in the dark surrounding by flashing fireflies. Different styles of music each week include jazz, classical, flamenco, salsa, Middle Eastern, bluegrass, pop and reggae.

Hippo Playground
Frolic and splash with beloved hippo statues in this well maintained playground in lovely Riverside Park featuring swings, wooden and metal play equipment, slides, a spray shower, picnic tables, benches, sand pit, a drinking fountain, bathrooms and summer weekday art projects.
