Brookyln Bridge Park (334 Furman Street)
Learn the story of glassmaking through live 30-minute demonstrations on a Corning Museum of Glass canal barge on its first stop on a voyage up the Hudson to celebrate the Erie Canal Bicentennial. Also board the Lois McClure, a historic schooner from the collection of the Lake Champlain Maritime Museum, to learn about what life was like on board a canal barge in the 19th century and see a flotilla of historic vessels from the South Street Seaport Museum.
