Join participatory events with Amanda Phingbodhipakkiya, the creator of GATHER, public art installations throughout Lincoln Center. Rituals grounded in Southeast Asian healing rituals, accompanied by live music, change weekly. Share a vision for the future on shades of gold ribbon to be tied around trees, release a floating vessel to carry away burdens, worries, or grief gently into the pool or throw water at a cylindrical tapestry of mixed media and pigment.
Free Ballet Hispánico Dance Classes
Take free dance classes with acclaimed local dance troupe Ballet Hispánico in a lush three-acre green space by a new luxury apartment building.
On Saturday mornings, kids ages 3-10 can learn styles ranging from Rumba Flamenca to Afrobeats. On Thursday evenings, adults learn salsa, Afrobeats, hip-hop and more.

Lincoln Center Poets on the Plaza
Join an open air performance of thought-provoking and politically driven spoken word, poetry readings and insightful wordplay presented by a mix of the world’s most acclaimed and most promising authors. Each evening will feature multiple artist-authors, handpicked with an emphasis on diversity of lived experience and unique perspective.
