Join an interactive, bilingual program facilitated by El Museo museum educators with storytelling, discussion and an art making project.
February is an opportunity to honor and highlight the accomplishments of many Black leaders in the community. Learn bout special Black and Afro-Latinx artists and explore a little more about their identities as Black and Latino.

More infoSculpture Casting & Coloring Workshop with Artist Rachel Owens
Take a sculpture casting and coloring workshop with Artist Rachel Owens. Plaster cast shells made from the same molds as in her exhibit, Hypogean Tip, will be available for children to color and take home. Owens will also help make alginate molds and plaster casts of children’s hands or fingers.
