Watch the U.S. Women’s National Team in their third straight World Cup Fina at the Oscar Hijuelos Red Clay Tennis Facility (at the Hudson River Greenway near 96th Street. In addition to a giant screen and plenty of fans, join a free Youth Tennis Festival taking place, with areas set up for kids ages 4 – 10 to play and practice with Riverside Par’s tennis coaches. Cyndi Lauper and Billie Jean King’s Women’s Sports Foundation, and USTA Eastern are supporting this public event, which is collaborative effort of Riverside Park Conservancy, Riverside Clay Tennis Association, our Multi-Sport Summer Camp partner providers Kids Of Summer Sports Camps and Carlos Oliveira Soccer Academy. Pack a picnic and to participate in our raffle – a portion of the proceeds will be used bring more girls to the Conservancy’s Multi-Sport Summer Camp through additional outreach and scholarships. Come back in the evening for a free concert.

Ostereiersuchen – Easter Egg Hunt
Join German educational center Rella’s Spielhaus for an Easter Egg Hunt in Central Park. Engage in fun games (ie Eierlaufen, Sackhüpfen). Once all the points are gathered, they can start the Egg Hunt for their very special Easter Gift that the “Osterhase” hid for them.
Light refreshments availble for the whole family.
