Enjoy a free concert from the Ken Morr Band  on the back terrace of a 19th century mansion overlooking the pebble court and large, lovely formal garden.

Due to COVID-19 protocols, no refreshments will served so bring your own, plus a lawn chair or picnic blanket.

Lots to explore on the extensive grounds including site-specific sculpture, a colonial graveyard and an authentically fabricated  Lenape wigwam.

Limited tickets available, advanced reservations (and masks) required .

 Light a menorah with the Chabad of Yonkers plus enjoy live music, cultural dancing and delicious treats.

The menorah will be located near H&M and Forever 21.

First Friday at Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum

The Greek Revival period rooms of this splendid 19th century home close to the bay are currently only open 12 – 3 pm Saturdays & Sundays ($15/adults, $10/seniors & students), but the gorgeous grounds including specular formal, terraced gardens can be explored any day. Situated within a 60-acre New York City Landmark Historic District and is surrounded by a “forever wild” zoned forest. Look for a circa 1840 Carriage House, a Children’s Organic Garden, climbable sculptures, a colonial graveyard, an authentically fabricated Lenape wigwam and lots of nature.

Enjoy outdoor music the first Friday evening of each month and other interesting programming for all ages.

Pop-up Ice Skating Rink

Ages 5 and up can skate in the courtyard of a mall with music, theme nights and other fun events. The synthetic ‘ice’ is easier to glide on for young and first time skaters – and the rink is tiny so best for beginners. Skates are provided with admission or bring your own.
