Family Fun: Unexpected Painting

Families create hands-on art projects inspired by discussion and activities in the galleries. Visit exhibition Laura Owens and learn how she uses experimental techniques to reimagine what painting can be. Then make  artworks as a family. Part of a monthly series.


* The lobby restaurant Untitled is delicious, surprisingly kid-friendly and has one of the best chocolate chip cookies in the city. Brunch at Bubbes across Washington Street or go down the block for ton of yummy options at Gansevoort Market.
