Join Chaim Goodman-Strauss to explore the highlights of graph theory though great puzzles to solve and entertaining games to play. Networks (known to mathematicians as “graphs”) are incredibly useful tools for analyzing all kinds of things that have connections, such as road systems, friendships, family ties, flows of goods or data, molecular structures, and much, much more.

Family Fridays is designed to bring family members of all ages together to enjoy a diverse array of engaging mathematical activities, promoting interest and enthusiasm among kids and adults alike.

Police Officer Moira Ann Smith Playground

Named after Officer Moira Ann Smith, the only NYPD policewoman to be lost on September 11, 2001, the playground stands as a loving tribute to this community hero and mother.
