Family Day: Building Ornament

Suggested Ages: 4-5 to 11-14
The Greenwich Village neighborhood boasts many beautiful buildings with exquisite architectural details. In this workshop, start with a neighborhood walk to find examples of different types of ornament, then return to the Center and create building detail designs out of modeling material.
Designed for children ages 5–13 years old, accompanied by an adult. Sign up online for morning (11:00 am to 1:00 pm) or afternoon (2:00 pm to 4:00 pm) sessions; times sell out.
