Glide along the East River on kayaks from the volunteer-run Brooklyn Bridge Park Boathouse (Pier 4 Beach).
All levels welcome. Advanced registration required.
Kids under 14 must ride in a double kayak with an adult except on Sundays from 12 pm to 2:30 pm, when kids age 7 or older can paddle alone (as long as a guardian is present) with oon-water safety boaters specially trained to work with kids.
