Suggested Ages: 3 to 10
Celebrate Holi at NYPL with a special bi-lingual (Hindi – English) book reading of Kahani Rangeeli or Colorful Story. In this session author Anu Sehgal, Founder of The Culture Tree, will read a colorful story of Holi with Krishna and his friends. Hear one of the ancient stories of Holi, while learning how it is celebrated.
Book reading will be followed with a puppet making activity and Holi face painting, all while listening to beautiful songs and music of Holi.
