Ages 4-12 years create links between the Shakespearean text and their own lives through close reading, theatre games, and previews of characters and situations a in a free interactive workshop followed by a 5 pm performance of the classic Shakespeare comedy about the lovers in the woods and wandering into the midst of a dispute between the king and queen of the fairies.
Lunar NY Crafts for Kids
LIC Girl Scout Troop #4731, which is comprised of high school juniors and seniors, hosts a Lunar New Year-themed arts & craft afternoon for families with children in K-8th grade. Enjoy arts and crafts stations for kids, along with a bake sale.
