New York Philharmonic Young People’s Concerts: An African American Lineage

Explore the lineage of African American composers, from Duke Ellington to younger composers active today in a multimedia concert by the New York Philharmonic. Come early (12:45–1:45 pm) to meet Philharmonic musicians, try out orchestral instruments, and enjoy a performance featuring some Very Young Composers.
